The key is to start today and not to think about tomorrow as it never comes.

Love Handles do not disappear overnight. Don’t get discouraged. Think of the other successes you’ve had in your life. I’m sure the ones you treasure the most are the ones that were the most difficult to accomplish. Focus on how good you will feel when you easily fit into that new dress or jeans or suit. By the way, you’ll probably even look smarter and healthier too!
