3. It Gets You Excited. One of the most underrated keys to success in any weight loss plan is enthusiasm. Too often the thought of losing weight takes on a negative connotation in our minds. You have to get excited about the diet - you have to believe in it and be motivated to commit your time to trying it.
If in your heart you believe that a particular diet plan will not deliver the results you want, then there’s a good chance that you won’t lose weight, even if the diet plan is a proven one.
The diet you choose should leave you feeling excited and full of enthusiasm. In other words, it should be something you look forward to each day when you get out of bed, because you know that you’re going to get results, and it’s not going to be long before you have that body you’ve been dreaming about.
